Can People on My Canva Team See All of My Designs?

The short answer is: it depends.

Canva allows users to collaborate with one another, but the level of access to designs varies depending on the user’s role within the team.

When someone joins a team, they are assigned a specific role. The roles range from an Administrator, who has access to all of the team’s designs, to a Viewer, who can only view designs without being able to edit them. Any user with an editing role will be able to view and edit all of the designs within their team.

Canva also allows users to share individual designs with other users outside of their team. When sharing a design, users have the option to choose who they want to share it with and what level of access they would like those users to have. A user can choose from three levels of access: Viewer (read-only), Commenter (read-only + commenting) and Editor (full access).

In addition, Canva offers a feature called “Public Designs” which is a great way for teams to showcase work and promote collaboration within the organization. Any design marked as “Public” can be seen by anyone who visits your Canva page, regardless of whether or not they are members of your team.

Conclusion:

In conclusion, people on your Canva Team may be able to see all of your designs depending on their role within the team. Users also have the option to share individual designs with other users outside of their team and choose what level of access those users should have. Public Designs is another great way for teams to showcase work and promote collaboration.
