Canva was founded in 2012 by Melanie Perkins, Cliff Obrecht, and Cameron Adams. The latest round of funding for Canva came in 2020 when they raised $85 million in Series C funding led by Bond Capital. This enabled Canva to accelerate its growth further and expand into new markets around the world.
