Are My Canva Designs Public?

My Canva designs can be private, public, or shared with collaborators. A public design is one that anyone can view and copy, while a private design is only visible to the creator. A shared design is visible to the collaborators who are invited to view and/or edit it.

You can control who sees your Canva designs by setting the privacy level for each document.

When you create a new design in Canva, it’s set to private by default. You can change this setting at any time by clicking on the lock icon in the top right corner of your work space.

Public Designs:

Public designs are available for anyone on the web to copy or use as inspiration. You can make a document public by changing its privacy setting from “Private” to “Public”. Please note that once you make your design public, anyone can view and copy it.

Private Designs:

Private designs will only be visible to you (the creator) and will not be accessible by anyone else. This is great for keeping confidential information safe and secure, as well as allowing you to work on drafts without having them seen prematurely.

Shared Designs:

Shared designs are visible and editable by the people you invite via email or share link. People with access to a shared design can view it, make changes, comment on it or even download it in different formats.

Conclusion:

My Canva designs are highly customizable when it comes to privacy settings — you can keep them private or make them public or share them with collaborators as needed. Ultimately, controlling who sees your Canva designs is up to you!
