Creating a Variable Fillet in SolidWorks
SolidWorks is a powerful 3D modeling software that allows you to create complex designs with ease. One of the important features in SolidWorks is the ability to create fillets, which are rounded edges or corners. In this tutorial, we will learn how to create a variable fillet using SolidWorks.
Step 1: Open SolidWorks and create a new part document. You can do this by going to File > New > Part.

- You can also input specific values for each fillet size by selecting it and typing in the desired value in the Size box.
- If you want all fillets to have equal sizes, simply input one value for all sizes in the Size box.
Step 6: Continue adding variable fillets to other edges or corners as needed. Adjust the sizes of the fillets using the yellow handles or by inputting specific values.
Step 7: Once you are satisfied with the variable fillet sizes, click on the green checkmark in the Fillet PropertyManager to apply the fillets to your geometry.
