In this tutorial, we will learn how to install Webflow on your computer. Webflow is a powerful web design tool that allows you to create beautiful and responsive websites without writing a single line of code.
Step 1: Sign up for an account

Step 2: Download the Webflow desktop app

macOS:
- Click on the macOS download link provided.
- Once the download is complete, locate the downloaded file (usually located in your Downloads folder) and double-click on it.
- A window will appear with the Webflow logo and an icon of a folder. Simply drag and drop the Webflow icon into your Applications folder.
- You can now open Webflow from your Applications folder or by searching for it in Spotlight (Cmd + Space).
Windows:
- Click on the Windows download link provided.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation process.
- You can now open Webflow from your desktop or by searching for it in the Start menu.
Step 3: Log in to the Webflow desktop app
Launch the Webflow desktop app and log in using your Webflow account credentials.
Step 4: Get familiar with the Webflow interface
Once logged in, you will be greeted with the Webflow interface. Take a moment to explore its various features and options. Familiarize yourself with the design canvas, toolbar, sidebar, and other elements that make up the Webflow workspace.
Step 5: Start designing!
You are now ready to start designing your website using Webflow. Whether you’re starting from scratch or using one of the available templates, Webflow offers a wide range of tools and customization options to bring your vision to life.
