Sharing a Canva template with another account is a great way to collaborate on projects or to get help from another person. It’s easy to do and just takes a few simple steps.
The first step is to log in to your Canva account and find the design that you want to share. Once you have located it, click on the “Share” button at the top of the page. This will open up a pop-up window where you can enter the email address of the person or people you want to share your design with.
Next, select whether you want them to be able to edit your design or just view it. You can also choose whether they can download it, but if they can edit it, they will be able to download as well.
