How Do I Use Canva Templates in Google Slides?

Canva is an online platform used to create and design digital visuals such as posters, flyers, social media graphics, etc. It is a great tool for non-designers who want to create attractive visuals quickly and easily. Canva templates are pre-designed layouts that make it even easier to create beautiful visuals with minimal effort.

Nowadays, Google Slides is a popular tool that allows users to create professional presentations quickly and easily. It offers various templates and themes that make presentation creation simpler.

But what if you want to add some of your own unique designs? That’s where Canva comes in.

Using Canva templates in Google Slides is quite simple. All you need to do is open the template in Canva and then click on the “Export” button in the top right corner of the screen.

You will be given various options for exporting the template including “Google Slides” which will save the template as a .pptx file. Once you have downloaded the file, simply upload it into Google Slides by clicking on “Upload” from the main menu and selecting your file from your computer.

Google Slides will then open up with your imported Canva template ready for you to customize as much or as little as you want. You can change text, fonts, colors, images, etc., or just leave it as is if you like how it looks already. Once you’re happy with how your presentation looks, click on “Share” in the top right corner and give people access to view or edit your presentation accordingly.

Canva templates are a great way to add unique design elements to your Google Slides presentations without having to start from scratch or spending hours trying to figure out how everything works together. All you need is a few clicks of a button and you have yourself a professional looking presentation ready for use!
