Step 1: Open App Store
The first step is to open the App Store on your iPad. You can find the App Store icon on your home screen or by swiping down and using the search function.
Step 2: Search for SketchUp
Once you’re in the App Store, tap on the search bar located at the top of the screen. Type “SketchUp” in the search bar and tap on the search button.

If you don’t see SketchUp in the search results or it shows up as a paid app, don’t worry! We have a workaround for that.

In order to find the free version of SketchUp, we need to filter our search results. Tap on “Filters” located at the top-right corner of your screen.
Step 4: Select “Only Free”
A list of options will appear after tapping on “Filters”. From this list, select “Only Free” to display only free apps in your search results.
Step 5: Install SketchUp
Now that you have filtered your search results, scroll through until you find “SketchUp – 3D Modeling”. Tap on it to view more details about the app.
Once you’re on the app page, you’ll see a button labeled “Get” or “Install”. Tap on it to start the installation process.
